In one of its largest acquisitions, Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. said Monday that it has purchased Little Rock, AR based Rich Logistics. The deal brings a $113 million carrier into the growing Roadrunner fold. It also signals the acquisition-minded firm’s return to the market after an absence that lasted only a few months but was uncharacteristic enough to be a discussion point in Roadrunner’s last conference call with stock analysts.
