TORONTO — Truckers hauled more goods in March 2014 than ever before, according to data records from TransCore Link Logistics’ Canadian Freight Index.

Truck load volumes have been on a rising trend for the past four months in a row, but March volumes were the highest ever recorded, being 50 percent higher than last March’s volumes and 16 percent higher than February 2014 volumes.
