We are hearing from shippers about their enthusiasm for the Heartland/Gordon combination, not only because it represents additional capacity for existing customers, but because it represents capacity with very high service and safety levels. Heartland’s OR creeps up due to added integration costs but that should come down quickly to historical levels. Heartland has begun upgrading Gordon’s trailer fleet and will be taking delivery of 1,000 new trailers soon. This is a winning combination.
