A CareerBuilder survey found that one in five employees are pledging to leave their current employers in 2016, which is a 5 percent increase since last year, when 16 percent said they were looking for new jobs in the New Year.

It gets even worse, the younger the worker, the more apt they are to leave. Three in 10 employees age 18 to 34 expect to have a new job by the end of 2016, compared with 23 percent last year.

That’s not even counting the 34 percent of employees who regularly search for job opportunities, a 4-point increase from last year’s survey.
