Clean Energy to Open Three Nat-Gas Stations as Dillon Transport Converts Fleet
Clean Energy said it expects to open three public natural-gas stations as Dillon Transport continues to convert its fleet to natural gas-powered trucks.
Dillon signed a multiyear fueling agreement with Clean Energy for about 2.5 million diesel gallon equivalents of compressed natural gas a year. To meet the increased sales, Clean Energy plans to open stations in Houston, Midland, Texas and West Atlanta.
More than 200 trucks in Dillon’s fleet of 500 are fueling with natural gas through Clean Energy’s network, including a station on the trucking company’s property in Dallas.
