Named in honor of the Mid-America Trucking Show founder, Paul K. Young, who started the first show back in 1972, this event has become one of the star attractions at MATS each year. Over the past 27 years the PKY Championship has grown to become an extremely popular part of the Mid-America Trucking Show, with the largest grouping of elite, custom show trucks in North America, all vying to be the best. In addition to the accolades and awards, this event is a celebration of the hard work, pride, and community that define the heavy-duty trucking industry. We invite all attendees to experience this must-see event in “Lot J” behind the West Wing/Pavilion and join us for the Awards Presentation in South Wing Conference Rooms B101-B103 on Saturday morning at 10AM.
