The Washington Briefing is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues on the legislative issues and policy challenges facing state departments of transportation. This three-day event brings together key transportation industry leaders and provides a forum to address critical issues directly with Members of Congress and leaders of the federal Executive branch. This conference will also provide a unique opportunity to better understand and implement the new five-year federal surface transportation legislation, and examine issues of interest to state DOTs on reauthorization of the aviation and water transportation bills pending in 2016.
