The ATA Litigation Center’s annual Forum for Motor Carrier General Counsel is being held July 16-18 at the Park Hyatt, Beaver Creek, Colorado.  As the name implies, this Forum is exclusively for motor carrier legal counsel (both internal and external), motor carrier executives and professionals, who are involved in the companies’ legal matters, and the organizations that support the industry.  Forum topics are specifically tailored to address the trucking industry’s most critical legal issues and its presenters are experienced practitioners. This Forum will provide opportunity to learn from the best, engage in peer-to-peer discussion, and earn CLE Credits.
