  9. What personal information is collected? Phone Numbers: We collect phone numbers for SMS communications. Names: We collect names for personalization purposes. Email Addresses: We collect email addresses for communication purposes. Employment Information: We collect employment information, including resumes, cover letters, dates of employment, separation reasons, and other related data, to help candidates and employers make informed future employment matches. Opt-in Information: We collect records of how and when a user consented to receive SMS messages (e.g., date, time, opt-in method). Data Collection Methods: We collect data provided to us when candidates apply for employment opportunities. We also collect data from social media sites, particularly LinkedIn, to add to and update candidate personal information like physical addresses, employer information, and other relevant information. Many people also fill out sign-up forms on our websites and supply employment keywords. People also submit information when calling us over the telephone and through online chats. Message Content: While not always “collected” in a stored sense, the content of the SMS messages sent and received involves personal information. This information is often provided when a candidate applies for a job with us. Many times, candidates send us cover letters with personal information that was sent to us in an unsolicited manner. We capture and store this information for future data analysis and matching purposes to assist candidates and employers in making informed future employment decisions. We also schedule interview appointments between candidates and employers electronically, including through SMS. How personal information is used: As Executive Recruiters, Staffing Professionals, and Consultants, we use the collected information to verify employment data and assist candidates in securing new employment opportunities. We work with Employers to help them fill their urgent and critical employment positions. Who does personal information get shared with? We may share personal information with employers who want to hire candidates for their open positions. SMS Consent is not shared with 3rd Parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
