The LTC is held on a biennial basis to promote technology transfer and interchange of ideas among the transportation community’s public and private sectors relative to policy, practice, and problems. The conference provides for technology transfer and interchange of ideas between the public and private sectors relative to transportation policy, practice, and problems. The 2018 conference featured more than 70 technical sessions and was attended by over 1,800 transportation professionals from government, industry, and academia.
